I felt that my concerns were dismissed and not taken seriously. It also felt that they were just trying to get me out the door instead of taking the time to understand and treat my concerns.

My visit with her was okay. We I called to make the appointment, I asked specifically if I could have an over all skin check check and that was not communicated to Diana. I also mentioned this when I arrived for my appointment and again to the first person who brought me to the exam room. I also did not have a good experience with the online check-in process. But Diana did address everything and told me what my options and next steps are.

Superb Dermatologist! Cleared my skin up and I was back to normal in 4 weeks. Dr. Jimenez KNOWS her field of expertise to perfection. Thank You.. Dr. Jimenez.

While she seemed well-informed and was able to diagnose my issues quickly, the whole visit and all the subsequent instructions felt very rushed. I was prescribed a few things that I was told were safe for pregnancy, but after reviewing that information on my own, found that one actually had no data or studies about safety during pregnancy, as well as a long list of potential and serious side effects I wasn’t warned about. No data isn’t the same as approved for pregnancy, and I feel I should have been presented with that more accurately. Lastly, one of the things I was prescribed was a steroid. I was told that as symptoms improve, I could taper off of it. In reviewing my appointment notes, it said the patient was informed of the importance of tapering off and the risks of flare ups if the product is stopped abruptly. I can’t say that reflected my experience. So while Diana seems to know dermatology well, I would expect to have to do some followup on your own after seeing her.

Excellent care! She was very cordial and professional, she answered every question I had.

Did not put directions on a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Called early am to the office to get directions on how to take the medication and was told I would be called right back with the information. Never revived that call. Was left hanging not knowing how to take it. The pharmacy also said they tried to get the info from the office when the script was sent over. Looks like they didn’t get it either
