She went on to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, graduating with honors in 2020. She secured her board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Denise, a dedicated military spouse, has accumulated over 15 years of service in critical care while traveling with her family due to military commitments. Her admirable journey includes serving in the United States Army Reserve where she received an honorable discharge. In recognition of her meritorious service, Denise was awarded an Army Achievement Medal for Civilian Service in 2017. This honor is given to civilians who distinguish themselves through outstanding meritorious achievement or service to the United States.
Denise is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Association of Colleges of Nurses (AACN). She has an Acute/Critical Care Nursing Adult Certification.
Denise lives in Fayette County with her husband and sons. In her free time, she enjoys SUP paddle boarding, aerial yoga, hiking, diamond painting, and spending time with her family and friends.

Amazing NP, she listens and makes suggestions that are realistic, I have been going to a previous provider for the same issue and literally in one visit with NP Claridy, I had all the answers I needed. Not only did she seek to understand the issue, but she actually offered me a solution that worked and it was something as simple as changing the foods that I ate, and starting allergy shots. My previous provider did not want to do allergy testing for food, but NP Claridy did. I’m forever greatful for meeting her. Everyday is so much better now! I highly recommend her.

Dr. Clarity answered all my questions and was very insightful to my direct need concerning my allergies. I would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking allergy issues.

Ms. Claridy is always professional and listens to her patients. There's not much guessing, she's very knowledgeable on the human sinus cavity symptoms. I really appreciate the attentiveness to my issues!!

My only concern is that the prescriptions have not been sent to the pharmacy and it has almost been a week.
