I found that she made some unequivocal statements that were not wholly accurate in giving a diagnosis. While at the end of the day, she relayed information for a diagnosis there is a way to communicate that is both courteous and accurate represents all of the data presented. While a portion of my data is concerning and ultimately I understood the diagnosis, it was also presented to me that I had an entirely bad set of data when 75% of my day’s data looked good. Also, I felt that when I asked a question there was an agenda being pushed where my question wasn’t heard until I repeated it because she used this as an opportunity to say what she wanted to say. Ultimately while I don’t challenge the diagnosis and care plan, the communication was condescending. S
