Debra Bro, CNM, is a board-certified Certified Nurse Midwife who has dedicated three decades to the field of obstetrics. Though she initially considered a career in veterinary medicine, she found her true niche in the OB unit of a small local hospital, where she discovered a deep passion for supporting women and families during the most significant moments of their lives.

Debra’s 30-year journey in obstetrics led her to the path of midwifery, inspired by the mentorship of legendary practitioners in the field. Today, she is honored to serve the local community, providing a blend of clinical expertise and the personalized, holistic care that is the hallmark of midwifery.

Debra believes that the patient-provider relationship is a blessing and a partnership. Her long-standing presence in the field allows her to offer a level of comfort and knowledge that helps patients feel secure and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.

In her leisure time, Debra is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, trail running, and staying active. She is a devoted wife and the proud owner of two Labrador retrievers. With four grown children and 11 grandchildren, she stays busy with family—and even had the unique blessing of counting her 11th grandchild as her very first delivery as a Certified Nurse Midwife.
