Although we didn’t get to spend much time with Deborah, it became clear very quickly how experienced and professional she was. The moment my husband was brought to the back with signs of a possible heart attack, she immediately recognized the severity of the situation — and she was right. She acted fast, stayed calm under pressure, and was extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how efficiently she managed everything at once. While arranging for paramedics and emergency transport, she continued running in-house testing and directed her team to keep moving without delay. Every second mattered, and her quick decisions, leadership, and urgency truly made a difference. I genuinely believe her fast actions highly contributed to saving my husband’s life.
