First, she pronounced my last name wrong and wasn’t polite enough to ask for the correct pronunciation. Second, was completely dismissive of not only the pain I am experiencing but also completely dismissive of the weakness in my arm and shoulder. Offered no real solutions or any explanations. Except, “Don’t reach for anything in the back seat and don’t lift anything heavy”. Give me a break. That is the absolute dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Third, acted as if I hadn’t already read my MRI report and don’t know what a SLAP tear is and what complications can come with a 2 cm cyst. Treated me like I had no idea what was going on. Fourth, after this visit, I will not be returning. I have never been so disappointed and frustrated after a Dr’s visit as I was today. Maybe you need to call and get some pointers from Dr. Sasso’s group because they are absolutely the best from top to bottom and they treated great every single time I visited or called them.

Deanna has cared for me, or assisted Dr. Greenberg, when he was caring for me, several times now. She is, and continues to be an excellent communicator, who is compassionate, efficient, caring, and trustworthy. Because of staff members like her, I continually recommend Dr. Greenberg to friends and colleagues.

Great NP but here's my problem. I was told I was coming to see my Ortho Dr not his NP. My insurance paid the money to have me treated by A Dr. Also while I'm complaining all the check in process at yr door does is back up patients and cause them to not want to return to Hand n Shoulder.
