Very kind and knowledgeable professional
She is terrific.
Excellent provider, however the female that did the EKG was not pleasant to point of giving a dirty look to my wife. If someone can’t respond to common pleasantries like “good morning how are you” There’s an issue. The other thing is, you have an awful lot of Spanish-speaking individuals there and not enough people that have a clear understanding of the English language that can speak clearly. When you ask these individuals to repeat themselves, they become annoyed. We are older and hard of hearing, we couldn’t complete our screening before the nurse practitioner came in because of language barriers. This is not acceptable. Possibly have an equal amount of people to serve the public not heavily cater to the Spanish speaking community.
