She was extremely helpful and thorough. So was Heidi. There was a mix up with the clearance appointment and Dawna stepped up to the plate to fit me in.

She was VERY thorough. Her explanations to what the problem is , what the solution can be and what the next steps are were very much appreciated. She took the time to be clear and concise. It didn't feel like and In and Out or wasted time type of f/u appointment.

She is a very pleasant friendly person. Listens to any concerns one may have and directs procedures that may be needed.
