In 2002, Dawn and her family relocated to South Carolina, where she cared for children and families as a pediatric nurse practitioner at Inlet Pediatrics for 19 years before joining Sweetgrass Pediatrics.
She lives in Pawleys Island and enjoys boating, cheering on the Carolina Gamecocks, playing Mahjong, and spending time with her family—her son Carter and his wife Jessica, and her children Brecken and Ellison Kate.
Very smart lady and very sweet not judgmental at all which is hard to find when you don’t vaccinate your children

Dawn is amazing. With all of her experience, she truly makes a new mom feel at ease. She is honest, kind and takes the time to listen to concerns. I always leave feeling at peace. She never makes you feel silly for bringing your child in, even if it’s for something small or just to check. She’s overall amazing!
