In 2002, Dawn and her family relocated to South Carolina, where she cared for children and families as a pediatric nurse practitioner at Inlet Pediatrics for 19 years before joining Sweetgrass Pediatrics.
She lives in Pawleys Island and enjoys boating, cheering on the Carolina Gamecocks, playing Mahjong, and spending time with her family—her son Carter and his wife Jessica, and her children Brecken and Ellison Kate.
