Darcy Steel is always pleasant and gentle. She completely understood that I was in pain and did her very best not to hurt me. I absolutely know I'm in good hands with Mrs. Steel.

She was helpful and answers most questions. I did ask questions regarding the x-ray. I wanted to know if there was any movement in the joint; wanted an explanation on how you can tell from the ex-ray. I did not get an answer. It would be helpful to patients if an explanation of the x-ray was provided at all visits. I was told to return in 4 months, but the front desk was sent an order for 3 months. Communication could be improved.
Darcy ALWAYS goes above and beyond. In my opinion she’s a BIG asset to American Hip. She makes sure your questions and concerns are all addressed.
Darcy is incredibly attentive and always takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Helped with giving a heads up on what paperwork they need prior to my surgery. And let me know with the scheduling on how far out and what they need prior to scheduling the surgery.
Felt rushed. Didn’t believe me when I commented about my physical date. Rude. Would prefer a different NP in the future.
