He was very personable and explained things in detail. He also used a chart to show me the areas he was talking about. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed to and he answered them all and then explained what the plan was moving forward. I also appreciated the fact that he was very knowledgeable about my test results from another doctor’s office and that he obviously had reviewed everything before my appointment. I’ve had doctors in the past who didn’t even know there was information in the file to review before meeting me.
I was very happy with my appointment and look forward to working with Dr. Chiu in the future.
