Dale was so very personable, kind, easy to talk to, he didn’t rush me, he listened to exactly what I was explaining of what was going on, reviewed over everything, explained things in such great detail so, I understand next steps to getting me feeling better and solutions to help relieve the extreme pain I have been dealing with in my shoulder area for over a week. He made sure I knew exactly what prescriptions he was going to prescribe for me and why with details on how to take them and how long. Along with other options to add that could assist in improving my overall pain management and relief long term without medications. I left there with a huge weight lifted off of me that I was gonna finally start feeling better. I am so happy that I decided to go to AOS walk-in clinic last night and extremely grateful for Dale’s time and compassion last night for what I had been going through with this pain! I would 100% highly recommend Dale & AOS over any other orthopedic office in the area!

He made me feel very comfortable and he was very thorough. He explained everything to me so I was comfortable with what was going on. He also dictate the x-rays again to make sure there was absolutely nothing wrong with my knee. He explained why the bruise was so bad near my breast muscle.
