I'm very grateful to have found Craig as my practitioner. He's very attentive and pays attention to my concerns and issues.

Super professional. Friendly and helpful.

Only problem I had was I felt rushed during visit. Gave me an injection and did not make sure I was comfortable, I was standing where I would felt better sitting on the exam table.

Hes verry polite and verry helpful no complains on my behalf.

Craig was fantastic the whole time! He clearly knows his stuff, I recommend this doctor to you and anyone else you know!

My experience here was great. The Np went in and it was nice and fast. Explained what needed to be done and sent us on our way. Very nice and clean place. Girls were amazing very nice front office and MA. Would recommend 100%.

That he would not even look at my skin rashes or listen to me was something I did not appreciate. He just determined what I needed without looking at my rash. He should spend time talking with patients and performing an examination rather than acting annoyed by them.

Excellent as always, however seems too eager to move on to next patient. He ignored one item I had mentioned to his nurse who wrote it down in her notes for him.

Craig is quick, I was in and out of my appt in less than 15 minutes.

He's a very good nurse practitioner and has very good knowledge and skills. Also gives amazing customer service.

Barely took the time to meet or speak with me was out of the room in less than 5 minutes. Took me longer to speak with ma and let her know my concerns and refills I needed.

I don't have a problem with doctor because he gets the job done, but this time he didn't numb the access part that he worked on.

To sum up my experience : Craig Wiggins has poor bedside manner. I took my daughter in over concerns of hair loss as well as a follow up appointment regarding her eczema. We saw a different provider today by the name of Craig . Let’s just say our visit left a very bad taste in my mouth. He didn’t bother to lay a single hand on my daughter or look at her skin . As far as the hair loss situation he glanced for 5 seconds and says “ looks like pulling “ . I explain that I have noticed her itching and tugging at her hair and twirling it as a nervous habit . He reply’s “ well she needs to get another habit” . I explain I understand but she’s 5 , do you happen to have any other suggestions- he replies well your asking for behavior modification- that’s not what we do - we treat skin , maybe you could try a fidget spinner or something . ummmm Ok . My daughter did not warm up to him when he entered the room and he made no effort to be friendly . Matter of fact he didn’t speak to her at all - the

Looking for a new Dermatologist as I'm typing. What a waste of a twenty five dollar doctor's copay. Left the doctor with no resolution, suggestions, or attempts to help. Searching for doctors who actually care and are not there just to collect a check.

I've seen Mr. C. Wiggins NP for a few years now and he is always thorough and friendly.

Super nice and knew what he was talking About, but felt rushed even the assistant lady spoke super fast and just rushing everything.

dpoctor came in ask what was going on i told him about itching he said was there any rash or bumps. i told there was nothing visable but the itching was extream. I told him that i changed soap under clothes ashing detergent soap everything that i would come in contact with. He asks a few more questions. he said that if there was no rash or anything visible that i should i should use dove soap. he never looked at the areas that were itching. He said he would give me a prescription for a cream.

My visit was quick and informative.

Craig Wiggins was very knowledgeable and thorough with my daughter (9yrs). And explained to both her and I what he was doing and made her feel very comfortable. Spoke to her at her level to understand. It made her feel important. Thank you for doing so.

Very friendly. Talks a bit fast but I have adjusted and I am able to follow along when he explains the plan he is setting up for me.

He’s the best!! Far better than any other dermatologist I’ve been to before. He genuinely cares about you and listens. I will continue to go to him for as long as he’s in the valley.

Craig was very nice but he was speaking at 95 mph during my visit and trying to get me in and out so fast that my door was never even closed. There was no informed consent or info given before my procedure, he just went for it. I think he has the capacity to be an excellent provider but I didn’t experience that during my visit. I understand that he sees around 100 patients every day, but in my opinion he is sacrificing quality of care for productivity.

I had high hopes for Craig Wiggins. I mean after all look at that smile, looks super happy and fun…right? The office was older but clean, staff seemed blah like not excited to be there. NP came in , rushed, talking fast, looked for a few seconds then didn’t explain anything. I asked a question and then had to ask for what I think I needed. It was just a strange vibe all together. Visit was 3 min long. Not bad but not amazing!

My daughter and I love to go and see Dr. Craig he’s awesome. He’s patient and giving us info about our skin condition and also to he teaches us about our skin. He doesn’t like rush us like he’s in a hurry that he has to go see other patients he takes his time he asks his questions as we have any concerns and he’s there for you and that’s a good doctor. We left him one time to go to another dermatologist, but my daughter feels more comfortable with him than the other dermatologist because he has the patient he has. He gave us so much information like I said, and if we still don’t understand, he will repeat it in a different way so we can understand specially, me the mother. Chris talks too fast, even for me working in the medical field. He should really slow down and take the time to explain things to his patients so they can better understand their choices and options. I didn’t feel like he truly cared about the issues and brushed us off quickly. Bedside manner is a huge thing to patients and it is really lacking here. He also didn’t explain what he through was best treatments just mumbled off and bunch of things and asked ok what do you want to do. I was referred here by another parent and honestly I am so disappointed in the care received today. While too him this is mundane everyday things, to us the patients, this is a worry some issue and would like to feel properly informed and assured of our choices.

Craig is literally the best dermatologist I’ve met. I’ve met a few. He’s one that actually cares about helping his patients. He helped me clear my face. I had the worst acne, and now I only have problem acne 0-1 time a year. I will keep returning to him every time needed. He actually cares, and no one compares.

He rushed in and rushed out. I felt he really wasn’t listening to my concerns empathetically. I felt so disconnected and rushed, I didn’t get to tell him about the dark spots on my face. The spot on my leg where he froze it it still sore and open, not scabbed and fell off like he said in a week. I will definitely not come back.

Best Specialist I have ever seen. He hears your concerns .. answers all questions and makes sure you’re going home feeling like it was NOT a waste of time/money like other office visits often make you feel. Most Providers: “let’s monitor” … “we’ll follow up in xxx” -not Craig! He’s more of a get the ball rolling /nip it in the bud type of provider and I LOVE it. Have been seeing him for 5+ years and has never disappointed. I have recommended many people who are also happy there. Side Note: he is also very pleasant to look at.
