Courtney listened to everything I said and I could tell she was actually hearing it! She was very helpful and personable. Will definitely ask for her every time!

I couldn't get a straight answer from her. First, she didn't know why I lost my hearing. I went from normal hearing to having to wear a hearing aid in both ears in 5 weeks. I wanted answers. She then told me it was old age. She told me that at least I could benefit from hearing aids. I believe there is a problem that should be investigate further. I'm happy that I will benefit from hearing aids, but I still would like the answers that I didn't get.
