After graduating in 2006, she moved to San Diego where she attended a Masters Entry Program in Nursing at the University of San Diego. After finishing that program, she worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse while completing her post masters through Gonzaga University to become a nurse practitioner. Since 2011, Courtney has worked in primary care pediatrics in San Diego and San Jose, caring for patients from birth to 22 years old.

Courtney was extremely thorough and didn’t dismiss us when strep, covid, and flu tests came back negative. She took the time to do a full evaluation to determine my son had pneumonia. It would have been easy to send us home with negative tests to rest but because she did her due diligence we got him the medicine he needs to get better. Very pleased with our experience!

We had a great experience. She could not have been more personable and attentive. She made my daughter feel comfortable immediately, helped us identify the problem and gave us a solution. We were so thankful to be on the road to recovery when we left.

Since 2011, Courtney has worked in primary care pediatrics in San Diego and San Jose, caring for patients from birth to 22 years old. She is passionate about delivering the highest quality of evidence-based, compassionate care to children and their families.
Courtney returned home to Texas is 2018 and joined Pediatric Associates in March of 2022. She is a member of All Saints Presbyterian and has 3 young children who keep her on the move. She is a self proclaimed “foodie”, a baseball mom, a lover of dark chocolate, and coffee, and is thrilled to have joined the PAA family.
