Scheduled appt to see Dr. Haman, not NP. Spent 1 hr, 45 min in the office to be told my son needs an MRI, which we knew because the ER dr told us that. I requested an MRI when I called to schedule the appt.

She did an excellent job listening to my questions/concerns & providing honest answers. She also gave advice on how to improve my status quicker & was overall caring.

This is Jill's husband and I told Courtney that Jill has history of taking meds and not taking as prescribed. Pain medications contributed to all of her health issues that she has. The best I could tell she didn't look at pt med list to see what she was taking. Had it not been for this I would have rated a 4 because she was very thorough on explaining the x ray . I was against any pain medication.
