Very professional, explains the diagnosis clearly to my 13 year old. Does a good job getting my daughter to explain the issue.
Colton was serving as mentor to Chris who performed 90% of the procedures. He stepped in when Chris ran into a problem draining the fluid. He did a good job of working Chris through the issue. Was confident and knowledgeable. Chris is obviously young and not as experienced. I think he would benefit from assuming a more confident approach and assertive voice
