He had been with a patient for a long time and was kind to them and then super patient and happy when he came in to help me and I reapply appreciated that even though it was late!

Never have I ever liked going to the doctor but Cole changed that. He actually listened to me and took my concerns seriously and I felt genuinely taken care of.
