My only complaint is I arrived at 1:30 & not til 3:00 did I get my injections-NO ONE N WAITING ROOM-NO ONE!-why so long w/no one there but me?!?!? Claudia came n-luved her!! She was very professional & was really caring about my back problem!! I got my injections & I pray as the nite goes on, they will give some relief during the nite!!! I thank u Claudia😊😊

Took the time to explain the treatment options thoroughly and we together agreed on the best course of action. She was not as clear about the possible causes of the problem, i.e. we ruled out serious ones but did not zero in on possible explanations other than those I was able to supply about my activities that led to the problem. She did not perform any physical exam or test of what movements could have caused the problem
