Excellent informative visit

(1 week ago) Jan-2026

This appt was scheduled through CIS Lafayette to check up on symptoms that I been presenting since one month after having a stent placed in left iliac vein (November 11, 2025). This week I have been experiencing upper right side chest pain that feels like a severe spams that is accompanied by shortness of breath, pain in my upper thigh that sometimes have a spasm that makes entire leg move, when being transferred to wheelchair, when my body is in the standing position- I become lightheaded, hot which makes me sweat, and the sensation to defecate. When I try to use the bathroom, I lose my vision and sometimes pass out. (Also note that I cannot put any pressure on left leg when defecating as is). Everything I explained was ignored basically. I was told to take stool softener.
