Christine Obermaier, APRN

Christine Obermaier, APRN, is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse with 20 years of experience and a focus in family medicine. She began her career as an EMT and later worked as an ICU and emergency department nurse. For more than a decade, she has practiced in family medicine/primary care, urgent care, and pain management, and is known for a practical, compassionate approach that helps patients take sustainable steps toward better health.
Christine earned her MSN (magna cum laude) from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and holds degrees from Regis University and DePaul University. After years of visiting Juno Beach, she moved from Colorado to Tequesta in 2022 and is grateful to care for patients in the community she now calls home. Outside of work, her first loves are her husband, Jim, and their daughter, Cara—though Jim would say their Corgi–Australian shepherd mix, Marble, is her most important love (and Christine would add Marble’s “little sister,” Red, is equally important). The family enjoys taking the dogs to the beach, and Christine also loves boating, learning to surf with Cara, fitness, and the performing arts.
