I’ve had to see Christine on several occasions. She is very friendly and make you not feel like a patient but family. Very knowledgeable with great customer service. She’s definable a great find.

She was kind, offered explanations. No complaints

Ms Keenan was very courteous and professional. I came in for an X-ray of my arm and hand following an auto accident 4 days prior. The question was raised as to wether my medical insurer would pay for the visit. Ms Keenan reviewed the original X-rays and CAT scan and based her diagnosis/treatment on those. She prescribed an additional antibiotic for which I am immensely grateful!

Christine Keenan was great! She really listened to my daughter and thoroughly considered her recent medical history when we had to go to the Orthopaedic Injury Express Urgent Care in Knightdale today. She ended up deciding to do x-rays (not just sending us away with Ibuprofen and an Ace Bandage) and we left the office equipped with the x-rays, a follow-up plan and a sense of confidence for my daughter, which is priceless.

Explained everything that was going on with my knee, and she took immediate action to help relieve the pain.
