Fabulous! Warm, professional, had a sense of humor, didn’t rush us, really listened. Very knowledgeable. She put my 80 year old mother immediately at ease and was really wonderful about speaking loudly enough and maintaining eye contact so my mom, who has hearing issues, could actually understand her.
