First time visit, I knew I was seeing a new provider but didn’t know what she looked like. Entered room w a cordial greeting but v didn’t introduce herself by her name. I asked her if she was CB. . Was very informative, caring and genuine regarding my situation. Answered my questions and made suggestions. I discussed my concerns w her about my care from the other pain Dr and his met holds of communication and care. She x reminded me I was the patient and I deserved to get the care I expected. She suggested an alternative providers at CORE INSTITUTE if I had misgivings about my current Dr’s behavior and way of practicing.. I chose to switch Drs. Christina was s caring and understanding.
