Staff took care of my son and I while we were there during a Tornado storm. They kept watch for locations and when it was safe to proceed with medical care and release us. I will continue using their services .

The lady who took my weight didn't record it and asked me in the room if I recalled what it was. I provided the digits before the decimal only. Upon receiving my paperwork she decided to leave my last visit recorded weight. What other information is incorrect going into my chart as correct I won
