Very thorough, listens to you, follows up to make sure things were understood. Both myself and my wife are willing to take a later appointment if necessary just so we can see her with our problems. Best nurse practitioner we have ever used. Very competent and friendly. Wouldn’t use anyone else unless there wasn’t any option.
