I came in there because I fell on my left knee and it was swollen and I can’t straighten it. She ordered an MRI but she didn’t bother to ask why I had a cast on. And in my cast is a metal brace so I can’t have an MRI. I would think that you’d want me to have x-ray right away considering all the swelling I’ve had even though I’ve elevated it And kept it up. Second thing is, I came in there for crackles also in my lungs. I told her for the most part I hear him in the back of my throat. She told me to go see the cardiologist they’ll put me on something. OK I’m a nursing professor and she totallyignored. Both. The things that I came in there for not to mention why do I have a cast or why do I take chronic pain medicine cause I have severe peripheral neuropathy. I would think you’d wanna know that stuff first and send me to get an x-ray right away so now I had to book an appointment with an orthopedic knee surgeon to look at it because I got no help from you guys from either way and I can’t
