I've known Charlie for many years as he grew up and graduated with my oldest Son. He's always been very personable and polite. My visit with him was great! He spent a good bit of time with me addressing my recent hospital stay and I'd be happy to see him again.
Listened to my complaints and spent considerable time in evaluating and making recommendations.
