CeCe is an amazing practitioner! Always knowledgeable, understands patients’ needs. Today I need to be screened for pneumonia. I came in really late and she made sure my local pharmacy had the right medicine and that I could pick it up before they closed 30 minutes later.

CC made time for me within a very busy day. I had an urgent need from an accident on Friday. Needed my injuries reviewed after emergency treatment on the day of the event…had to start physical therapy to begin repair process. She was kind, efficient and caring. I have always been very impressed by her abilities and attention to detail.

Took time off work for appointment after waiting 45min in exam room she showed up seemed very annoyed just to tell me she wanted another blood draw and sent me on my way with out even going over my previous labs with me. I understand that she was very busy but at same time I feel that as a patient that I need to be able to ask questions and need a little attention. Labs results have never been updated to my portal and I can’t seem to get any answers as to why.

This was the second appointment I walked out of because of time constraints. The good : We waited for 15 minutes before being taken to a room. The nurse was fantastic, friendly and thorough. The bad : We never saw the NP, an hour and a half after our scheduled appointment we walked out. My time is valuable.

I had to wait 1 and 1/2 hours. Way too much. And no apology. I know emergencies happen but I felt forgotten and not important.
