Thorough, but turned me over to person who was indifferent and not helpful. He gave me a a flyer to call for rehab. I have called that number to schedule rehab services since Tuesday morning. They don’t return calls. Now trying to work around and get services with a different provider. Two weeks after a heart attack and no information about rehab. Never felt so frustrated or lost about follow up

Ms. A was wonderful. However there were several errors in notes I was given., I am not sure if this is important but BP was taken in Right (not left) arm, I am scheduled to see Dr. Amin (not Dr. Amman). You say my PCP is Dr. Agron Elezi (but it is Dr. Maggie Chacko) You say office is available 24/7 but it took me 2 days to reach office (and then only with PCP intervention)
