Cassidy Lowman, FNP-C, earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a minor in Psychology from George Mason University in 2019. She went on to complete her Master's degree in Nursing with a concentration in family practice at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2025. She is credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. ( AANP).
Prior to joining James River Cardiology, Cassidy spent six years working as an Emergency Room nurse in both Richmond and Northern Virginia. She has always had a strong interest in cardiology and is excited to continue to grow in this role. Cassidy will primarily be providing patient care at the Colonial Heights location.
Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Brodie. She also loves reading and being at the lake.
