Disappointed in the care received today. Casey as usually been excellent however today I am reconsidering child continuing to be seen. I did not want to transfer due to the familiar as he is special needs but the conversation as her tryin to justify how poorly special needs child was treated when in fact her staff was in the wrong. I highly upset and will be going elsewhere for medical care.
