She was nice and communicate very well. Took care of my vertigo. Not sure why I had to do a hearing test as it didn’t say anything was wrong with my hearing. Kind of felt like insurance mining.

Dr. Franklin did a great job my Ear Cleaning and making my hearing a whole lot better, she was able to answer my questions thoroughly and effectively.

Carly was amazing, but the appointment was a waste of time. As the nurse practitioner, she was unable to provide the care that I needed, so I will have to pay yet another $50 co payment to g ET the answers I need from the actual physician. It would have been more helpful for the office staff to inform me that the care I needed would have been best suited for the actual physician.
She is excellent, I purposefully go out of my healthcare network to see her. The office & staff are professional, friendly and very helpful! I love this office and recommend them highly!!
