Carla D. Corte, CRNP, is a certified nurse practitioner in women’s health. She went to Auburn University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked as a perioperative nurse for five years before entering the gynecology field. She worked for ten years in women’s health before going back to school at the University of South Alabama. She graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing and then obtained her certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
While at Auburn University, Carla was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She was a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society while at the University of South Alabama. She is also a Certified Nurse in the Operating Room.
Carla is a native of Fairhope. She has three children and is a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. She has a passion for women’s health and enjoys taking care of women she has known for years, as well as newcomers to the area. In her off time, she enjoys traveling to visit her children, spending time with friends and family, and watching Auburn football.
