I have been a patient of Carissa’s for many years and was looking forward to seeing her one last time before our move. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. During my appointment, I felt that the interaction was brief and lacked the warmth and professionalism I had come to expect. Additionally, a subsequent message exchange regarding a medication concern felt dismissive and unprofessional. The communication was upsetting enough that it brought me to tears. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand the challenges providers face and have always been a strong supporter of both KVH and Carissa. However, this experience fell far below the standard of care and communication I have previously received. Given my long history with the practice, this was particularly disheartening and unprofessional, and has left nothing but a bad taste in my mouth that I will continue to share with others.

Carissa is an absolutely stellar, compassionate, kind and competent provider. She has made all the difference in the lives of my whole family. I used to dread going to the doctor and now I don't because of her. She's warm, attentive and I really feel that she genuinely wants to know how we are doing.

Thorough and gave good advice and a plan going forward.
