I was happy to be seen the same day i called to set up the appointment, but Caitlin didn't seem knowledgeable enough to be of help. Also, "bedside manner" could use some work.

Caitlin is a compassionate, caring, knowledgeable nurse. I have many physical health issues and she listened and came to a conclusion that may help me with my OAB. I also appreciated the fact that I got an appointment so quickly.
