Caitlin Alsdorf provided exceptional care during one of the most painful experiences of my life. I presented in excruciating pain from a kidney stone, and Caitlin immediately recognized that there was more going on than just standard discomfort. She went above and beyond by making arrangements for me to receive emergency surgery, which ultimately provided the relief I desperately needed. What truly stood out was her compassion and professionalism throughout the entire process. The icing on the cake was her unprompted visit afterward to personally check on how I was doing following the procedure. My wife and I were extremely impressed and grateful for the level of care, attention, and genuine concern she showed. Caitlin is truly outstanding.
