The 3 isn’t really for Brynn but for the unnecessary bladder check. I was there to receive and discuss the results of my annual checkup, specifically the PSA reading. I had not indicated that I was having any bladder issues. Previously when seeing Jannel the bladder test was never done. I’m not happy about Medicare or Tricare being billed for this incessant test.

Brynn changed my catheter as gently as possible & was experienced enough to know the urine sample she took had an infection (to be verified by a positive test later) AND by sight, an infection on his skin. She is the BEST NP we've had w/ this NEGLECTFUL care office!!
