I was sick went to clinic. Waited an hour in the parking lot for appointment time. She ran covid and flu test both were negative. Said that I would get better in a day or two. Gave me nothing no antibiotic nothing. Two days later Im worse, now my wife is sick. Now I have to wait and be sick more days to get back in. Her matter of fact I know more than you attitude about being sick or not was not appreciated. Plus she could’ve helped should have helped me with antibiotic and did not help me with anything. If I was going to stay home and doctor myself with over the counter stuff after being sick for a week . I could have done that on my own. I went to clinic to get the help I needed and pay for with my insurance. Got nothing but sicker.

She seemed a little unsure of herself. Constantly repeated things and would always state she had to check with her mentor. Overall, a good experience. She introduced herself but failed to disclose she was a student..(I am okay with her being a student; be proud and disclose this fact.
