She didn’t rush us and answered all our questions. Even had recommendations for my mom to feel better faster. Seems to be very caring.
My experience at Campbell’s Clinic was unacceptable. The nurse practitioner I saw for my back was dismissive, rushed, and appeared completely uninterested in my care. More concerning, she was responsible for handling my FMLA paperwork and failed to do so. Multiple messages were left for her by phone and through the patient portal, none of which were returned or even acknowledged. She did not follow through, did not document appropriately, and did not communicate at all. Because of her lack of follow-up and failure to complete required documentation, I was left vulnerable with my short-term disability claim — a situation that could have had serious financial and employment consequences. This is not a minor inconvenience; this is negligence in basic professional responsibility. When a provider accepts responsibility for something as critical as medical leave paperwork, ignoring patients and failing to act is unacceptable.
