I arrived 15 minutes early and was still not seen 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. After waiting 45 minutes total without ever seeing the provider, I left.
There was no communication or update at all. If the provider was running behind with another patient, the front desk should have notified me or offered to reschedule instead of having me sit there waiting with a baby.
I also received a follow-up indicating this visit was billed to Medicaid, despite not being seen. That is very concerning.

Listened well to my issues in pain and swelling. Examined external procedure site injection area. Checked my range of motion. Gave printout if additional bicep exercises. Discussed SAM device option. Recommended Tylenol arthritis
