While in NP school, she had a rotation with a Vascular Surgeon who instilled a desire to work in Wound Care and Vascular Services. She started working with a company learning both Wound care and Vascular following graduation. Then she worked in wound care for 2 years after her mentor retired. NP Ramirez now cares for patients with vein disease and joined the Stride Care team in 2025. In her daily work, NP Ramirez exhibits proficiency in performing Varithena microfoam injections and Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy (UGS) injections for treatment of varicose vein disease. Although she is new to StrideCare, she is helping patients understand vein disease and complete their vein treatments. NP Ramirez is currently working with Dr. Joseph Hagman at the StrideCare Vascular clinic in Flower Mound and welcomes new patients.
Outside of work NP Ramirez enjoys spending time with her family and Weimaraner pup. She enjoys sports, cooking, and traveling.
