Blair Ramirez, AGACNP-BC

Blair Ramirez, AGACNP-BC is a nationally certified nurse practitioner who is working to provide minimally invasive treatment for varicose vein disease. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Tx. She then went on to work as an RN for 13 years as a medical surgical RN at a BSA in Amarillo and THR Arlington Memorial Hospital. She then obtained her master’s degree at University of Texas at Arlington for Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.

While in NP school, she had a rotation with a Vascular Surgeon who instilled a desire to work in Wound Care and Vascular Services. She started working with a company learning both Wound care and Vascular following graduation. Then she worked in wound care for 2 years after her mentor retired. NP Ramirez now cares for patients with vein disease and joined the Stride Care team in 2025.
In her daily work, NP Ramirez exhibits proficiency in performing Varithena microfoam injections and Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy (UGS) injections for treatment of varicose vein disease. Although she is new to StrideCare, she is helping patients understand vein disease and complete their vein treatments. NP Ramirez is currently working with Dr. Joseph Hagman at the StrideCare Vascular clinic in Flower Mound and welcomes new patients.

Outside of work NP Ramirez enjoys spending time with her family and Weimaraner pup. She enjoys sports, cooking, and traveling.
