Bethany Hoffman, FNP-C

Bethany Hoffman, FNP-C, received an Applied Science in Nursing from Kellogg Community College, Battle Creek, MI., a Bachelor of Science Nursing from Spring Arbor University and a Master of Science Family Nurse Practitioner from Michigan State University, Lansing, MI.

Hoffman’s past background experience includes clinical nurse practitioner in manufacturing and employee health, adolescent/school health and general practice. In addition, she has served in a clinical assistant role at Kellogg Community College.

Hoffman joined Oaklawn in 2020.
