Delivered terrible news in a kinde and professional way. Discussed options that eased my concerns greatly.
My 10am appointment was scheduled as a telehealth but I never received a link when I called the office after a 30 min wait on hold I was told it was in person. This technicality is troubling as I wasted a lot of time today. Regarding my actual visit, Bethany was excellent as usual.
