He was right on time and very helpful with my mom who is 95. He listened to our concerns and had me pick up a specimen cup for urinalysis next time my moms superpubic catheter is changed

Never even asked what was wrong. Read nurses notes and went from there. Key points were missed and wasn’t interested in listening. Asked to see a dr and not allowed to will not be going back.

It would have been more professional if he had spoken to the patient who is very elderly and is bedridden . Also, asked how she was feeling and given her the procedure run down so she knew what to expect.
