Ashley was very upfront and very detailed. I really liked her. However, I didn't feel the same way about the medical assistant. NOT personable at all, no empathy, talked super fast as she just was wanted to get in and out. In my opinion very rude. I had to tell her to slow down bc it was hard to understand her, she was mumbling the whole time. You could tell she didn't want to be at work. Everyone else was busy BUT pleasant and friendly.
