I felt she didn’t listen to me before she decided what my treatment should be. She wanted me to go to physical therapy. This didn’t align with the conversation I had with Dr. Smith. When I told her about the conversation I had with Dr. smith she wanted to argue with me. I rejected the physical therapy course of action. I still felt she was not hearing me and the reason why I did not want physical therapy. Not a very good experience.

Ashley provided an explanation for everything she was doing which is refreshing as she is the only person that has taken the time to explain anything during a visit.

She wasted no time reviewing my case and didn't waste time looking for answers like other practitioners I've dealt with for decades. For now, she gets 5 stars.
