It was my first time going to Synergy. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. Ashleigh is very knowledgeable and she explained the different options very thoroughly. I am not good with needles but she made me feel very comfortable. I already booked my follow up visit with her. I am so happy I found Synergy!

I enjoyed working with her. I was pretty nervous about my procedure. She prepared and informed me, let me know what to expect every step of the way, was kind and pleasant, and she helped me feel more comfortable. I am still a bit swollen right now, but my results look good and I'm excited to see when everything is healed.

Felt like it was being pushed to add additional items though it was an approach of “what would you like to do” the way it was worded was that stated felt like she was not willing to do it rather than what the appointment was for. To drive 35 minutes and get a baby sitter for the appointment that I only do once a year for myself and leave with nothing was really upsetting. I made the appointment there because we moved and this office was closer with great reviews but will be going back to my original medspa based on this experience and just drive the hour.
