I had the honor of being seen by April this morning at Ortho Urgent Care/ Wakefield. April is very knowledgeable about medical issues, excellent at explaining the diagnosis and necessary treatment and shows genuine interest in communicating with her patient. Overall, April is an outstanding Health care professional. Please put this document in her employee folder and revisit during her yearly review. She absolutely deserves to move up both in positional status and the accompanying financial reward.
