I felt like I had been forgotten because I waited 1 1/2 hours to see her. When I confronted her, she was rude and said there were 2 people ahead of me. There were only 2 people ahead of me in the waiting room. Then, she came into the room a couple minutes later and acted like she was in a hurry. Her actions did not reflect that she was listening to my problem. I was having pain in one ear and she was concerned about wax in the other. Then, she wanted to try to clean the ear that had pain because she couldn't see the drum. Finally, she prescribed an antibiotic. She tried to tell me what I needed to do to keep my ears clean, but I had heard it all before. She didn't offer anything for the pain. She simply said to use cough syrup even though I had no cough and gave me home instructions for a cough.

More ?? then observent. Didnt really look at the problem. Just explained it. She waited for xrays then and told me no broken bones. My ribs were in pain and she didnt really look at them in the back for bruising or rash.

She was argumentative and talked down to me. She was contradicting her own statements and was more concerned with telling me "what kind of doctor she is repeatedly" then treating my son I was told to give him Tylenol which would be acceptable if she hadn't first said he could have strep I was told to wait until Sunday when his throat would start to hurt before antibiotics would be prescribed. The conversation escalated to the point that she said "your free to go" and I didn't even get discharge paperwork with treatment plan. The worst experience I have ever had truly she was terrible.

Where to start…I had been turned away by my out of network provider due to having Covid. The Covid had past and I was still struggling yet he still wanted to “give it more time”. Anu took the time and listened! She treated me far above my expectations. I left feeling the utmost confidence in my treatment of bilateral pneumonia!

When I asked for medicine for UTI because antibiotic led to UCI when my daughter was on it last. She questioned me and made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. We ended up in the ER with an UTI and she made me feel like I wasn't understanding what they were telling me. And she still did not send us home with anything for UTI preventative or to take care of a UTI if led to it. Although she was nice she was definitely passive-aggressive with this answer.

I never went to a more welcoming office. They were so nice from the time I signed in until I left. I wish she had her own practice. I would switch to her full time.
