Unfortunately in our two experiences with Dr Croft we have felt we have not been listened to or taken seriously. Both times our concerns and observations were dismissed or downplayed. One time resulted in us having to come back two days later only to be diagnosed with exactly what we had come in for two days prior but she told us we were likely wrong and sent us home. No one is right 100% of the time so we looked beyond this first experience, but now it has happened a second time. One positive is that during our second visit she was much more warm and interactive with our child.
