It didn't sound as if she had read chart notes before talking to me. She was unfamiliar with my circumstances and started in with must be the "routine" talk. She didn't ask for circumstances , just started in on auto pilot. Later, she started listening. No info for video link was sent prior to appt. Appt was for 8:00 am and your practice doesn't answer phones until 8:15. Nobody was there to advise. However, I did get a message Anne had started a video link video call at 8, but I couldn't connect. She then called on the phone and we stayed in that mode.
