Seems nice, but her bedside manner is nowhere near as good as her predecessor Matthew. He was attentive and listened before he offered advice. Anne is more focused on imparting her medical knowledge than listening to the patient. Was a bit challenging to get her to understand mportant details to guide the conversation down the right path.
